Banquets at the Best Western Merry Manor Inn are prepared by Govenors Restaurant, which seats over 150 guests.  It is famous for its home-cooked meals, large portions, low prices and the finest dessert selection in southern Maine. The hotel owns or has access to all of the most modern audio/visual equipment that you will need to make your presentation a success. Meeting Rooms:
The Govenor’s Ballroom, opened in 1998, ia a three-tiered ballroom with a view of our new courtyard and pool area. The room, which is equipped with a built-in stage, dance floor and sound system, offers a refreshing break from the standard “four walls and a ceiling “ballroom that most hotels offer.

The Legislative Ballroom, which can be broken down into three smaller rooms (Republican, Democratic, and Independent), offers great breakout space for corporate meetings.

The Cabinet Room, with its fully functional fireplace, is the perfect spot for cozy meetings on those cold winter days.

The Board Room, is a perfect room for board meetings or for groups that wish to meet and eat off our regular menu.
